Especially welcome:

• Bug reports. A file that failed to convert, an output that looked wrong, a browser where something misbehaves. Include the browser name and where the file came from (iPhone model, camera brand, app) — but please don’t email the actual photo if it’s personal; a description is enough.
• Format gaps. Met a .heif/.hif/.avif file from a device we should handle better? Tell us the device and what happened.
• Corrections. If something in our guides has gone stale — a Windows extension changed, an iOS setting moved — tell us. Keeping those pages accurate is the most useful thing this site does.

One thing we can never help with: recovering a photo you converted and downloaded. We don’t have it — nothing you process here ever reaches us. That’s the point of the site.
